Very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful group of auto tradesman. They couldn't have been any more helpful. They went beyond what was requested, which was a refreshing experience. Previously car salesmen always tried to sneak in extra charges on the final paperwork which she always spotted before signing the contract. Also salesmen over promised on things they knew they could not deliver, but said anyway just to get a sale. Our time at Alexandra Park Motors and working with Faisal and his team was a stress free buying experiences. They were dedicated to providing a very smooth and safe experience. They were able to see us late in the day, which is great since it was proving very hard to find time to visit any other car retailer. We were welcomed, and they were very friendly and helpful. Was given a test drive and was able to purchase the car with ease with some flexible options making it more straightforward to purchase.
